Our Community

The Community uses our facilities almost every day of the week.  There are lots of opportunities to get involved in what is happening here.

Senior Lunch (aka the Lunch Bunch) is a lunch for anyone over 60 years old.  It is provided through the Senior Nutrition for the Elderly. You can make a reservation by calling 704.821.5156.  This is also a location for Meals on Wheels.  If you know a need or would like to volunteer to deliver, check out Union County's website for more information. The Lunch Bunch serves lunch at 11 am Monday-Friday.  Arrive early and enjoy some fellowship, games, and conversation.

Ben & Kate After School for Indian Trail Elementary is a Christian after-school program dedicated to helping parents grow great kids. The after school program runs from 2-6 every school day.  With previous experience in education, business, and after school, Ben and Kate are now offering their low-cost, high-quality program to Indian Trail Elementary families. Daily activities include sports, reading, art, music, outdoor play, homework time, snack, Bible, education, and games. Having two school-age children of their own, Ben and Kate seek to create a lively and caring place where kids can enjoy coming each day after school. They are committed to helping each child grow into a whole and healthy individual.  Visit their website for more information.
